The Historic event of the celebration of Ramnavami was held at the House of Commons on 30th March 2009. The event was organised by Abhay Lakhani (Parliamentary Advisor on Community Issues) and supported by National Council of Hindu Temples, Hindu Council UK, Hindu Academy, MATV, Khubi.com and Pardes Weekly. As media partners to the event MATV carried out broadcasting the event in 46 countries. This historic event is one of the largest single gathering of Hindu Organisations under One roof in the United Kingdom.
